Whether it’s our first session together or several months in, I want you to have the “aha” moments from discovering more about yourself and how your past is intertwined with your present so that you can find your peace. I want nothing more than for you to find clarity and be able to confidently take on what life throws at you (or sometimes what we throw at ourselves—let’s be honest).

I know that embarking on the therapy journey is a courageous step. Maybe you don’t really know what you need or you know that you’ve got a lot to work through and don’t know where to start. My goal is to make it as simple as possible and ease any anxiety of the unknowns by making sure that you can let your guard down. Therapy requires trust, openness, and a genuine connection between us.
